The Egyptian Goddess Bastet was the Goddess of the home and domesticity, women's secrets, cats, fertility and childbirth. She protected the home from evil spirits and disease, and in ancient Greece she was known as Ailuros. Handcrafted in solid sterling silver, this detailed pendant is chock full of symbology; Bastet is classically depected as a cat and the pendant is adorned with an Egyptian ankh, scarab beatle, snakes, and wings!
