A rare term indeed, a "quadskelion" is basically a triskelion (triple spiral) with an added spiral.  Four skulls.  Four spirals.  One awesome biker pendant.  Handcrafted in solid sterling silver, the fixed bail can accommodate a chain up to 3mm in width.
