Tracking
All orders include tracking.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but your package is missing:

Verify the address on your order confirmation

Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
We cannot replace orders that show as delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll always help guide you through a carrier claim.
International Shipping (if you want it)
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
