The valknut, or "knot of slain warriors", was associated with the Viking God Odin; the God of war and of the dead. This stunning pendant beautifully captures the symbolic richness of the ancient Vikings. The top of the shield has a Celtic trinity knot on it's helmut-like facade; the valknut symbol subtly displaced on the face of the shield with a faceted crystal set atop it's apex.
